Refunds will only be issued if the item has not yet been shipped or if it meets all return eligibility criteria after delivery.

Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and complete an inspection, a refund will be processed.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
