Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unopened

    • Unused

    • Undamaged

    • In its original packaging

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will only be issued if the item has not yet been shipped or if it meets all return eligibility criteria after delivery.

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and complete an inspection, a refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days after approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
